We are currently manufacturing silicone products in a variety of sizes which can be used for surgical masks, plastic face shields, as well as securing items to autoclave trays. These are ideal because they can be manufactured quickly, in high volumes, and take the place of other items (such as elastic) which cannot be produced rapidly enough to meet demand. We also offer lower minimums, prototyping, and shorter lead times than other silicone manufacturers. We offer silicone compounds with a wide range of features such as extreme heat/cold resistances. These items can be autoclaved and irradiated and are safe for those who suffer from latex allergies.
